No. It's not good for hygiene and things would get mixed up. We keep all orders separate to prevent any cross contamination and to prevent losses and mixups.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer this service Monday through Friday, however you can log in at any time to schedule your order. Please note that driver pickup and delivery availability may vary. To ensure consistent times, we recommend signing up for recurring service.

Yes, a modest 20 pounds to have your laundry picked up and returned.
Most orders are ready for delivery next day. If we receive a large order that may need extra time, we will notify you and provide an estimate of when your laundry will be delivered if we cannot make the selected delivery date.
It is easy. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information.
No. Just let us know in the special instructions when placing your order in as much detail as possible where our driver can find your clothes. When picked up, you will get a notification via text or email.
Same goes for delivery. You don't have to be home, but please tell use when placing your order in as mush detail as possible where our driver can leave your laundry. When delivered, you'll get a text or email notification letting you know it was delivered, with a picture of where it was placed.
There is a section called "Preferences" where you can let us know if you have any special instructions.
No there is not. You can cancel at any time.
Your credit card will be charged when your laundry order is completed.
We suggest putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a secure trash bag that can be cinched closed.
You can suspend your service until you return. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
