How it works:

  1. Create an account: Sign up for our laundry pickup and delivery service online.
  2. Schedule a pickup and delivery: Choose your preferred pickup and delivery dates and times.
  3. Prepare your laundry for pickup: To ensure a smooth pickup process, please gather your laundry and place it in a bag or hamper. You can sort your laundry by color or fabric type if you prefer, but it's not necessary. If you have any special instructions, such as delicate items or stain removal requests, please note them in the special instructions section when placing your order and if you want, sort and separate them into their own bags.
  4. Relax: We'll handle the rest! Our driver will pick up your laundry, take it to our laundromat, and return it to you clean and folded. You will get a text message when your laundry is picked up and dropped off. You don't have to be home to use our laundry collection service either.

  • Contactless service: Our pickup and delivery service is contactless, so you don't have to be home when your laundry is picked up or delivered.
  • If you won't be home for pickup or delivery: If you don't plan to be home, please let us know when placing your order in as much detail as possible where you will leave your laundry so that our driver can find and access it, such as behind an unlocked gate or garage or front porch. If you don't plan to be home for delivery, no worries. When placing your orders please let us know in as much detail as possible where our driver can leave your laundry.
  • Notifications: You'll receive notifications when your laundry is picked up and delivered.
  • Laundry responsibility: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your laundry that occurs before pickup or after delivery.
